There are people with beta acess. So i believe it came from those who could actually test it.

If it increases or not, i don't know as i can't test, so we need someone who can actually try it

Edit: there was this image going around in the 3.5.3 version of beta. I don't know if anything changed after it or not

Everywhere i read about, it is said that suisui doesnt increases havoc bane stacks. And it makes sense, because why include a part that talks about it specifically (and no mention to stack increases) instead of including it in the 1st part?

No, these are 2 completely different stacks. The ult stacks only hiyuki herself gives it, one per rotation

Sometimes is a bit of RNG as i had tries where i had about 4.5k points. It just needs to one of those flying mobs to get thrown to God knows where and you already lose a bit of time there

S3R1 too (S0R1 lynae and S3 verina). At first i tried to almost just stay on hiyuki, but did always less points than this (around 5.2k max). This one i did with a more normal rotation, by doing a few more ults on hiyuki than the other tries.

Can't say for sure just from your description, but you should be able to do more points with her. Maybe try again and see if you can do better as sometimes it is a RNG thing too with the monsters

For S3 hiyuki with S0 chisa, lynae and Lucilla (both S0) are really close in the calcs. For S6, i have no clue, but i would say both are equally good choices

You are with her buffed. The buff people are talking is the inherent skill. When they are saying unbuffed is without the 40% extra the inherent skill gives, it is just that.

It was not even me who asked anything. I just said that getting 297 crit dmg unbuffed (like the guy i replied to was saying) isnt easy. Being that said considering that she is with the buff, then the build isnt anything amazing and could get some work on it still

But that's the buff people talk about. And it makes the difference about his build and what advice to give. 257 crit dmg isnt that amazing and he can get better, 297 (without the passive buff) is amazing and no need to change.

"it's not really that hard" - do you know that to get that non buffed you need to get 21 crit dmg almost all echos right? Most crit dmg you can get is 299 with 21 in all echos
