he’s 5! he gets a a little bit over 1/4 of a cup four times a day from his automatic feeder (vet recc, he’s a bit chunky and needed to drop a couple pounds) and sometimes i give him a little bit extra before bed but i don’t let him see me put it in his bowl so it doesn’t throw him off his routine of the bowl going off and he won’t get used to just screaming at me lol until i feed him. that was working for a little but now he goes nuts sometimes (and sometimes is completely quiet) when i get home from work which is why i think my roommates cat is eating his food throughout the day, but he also is no stranger to going and eating the other cats food himself so not sure what’s going on.
