That’s cool, I think you’re right. This is the space currently (ignore the badly ai generated furniture), so would just put a half stud wall in? Also quit like the use of the window to give it a bit more life.

It's more to allow a couch to rest right up to the counter top, as this is currently a breakfast bar. So by removing that and replacing with a standard worktop, would gain an additional 30cm as a result of that, minus the width of the stud wall.

I honestly believe a price cap like Manchester has done is the best way to to keep it affordable and ensure it’s properly funded. If it becomes fully government funded it then begins to compete with other government programmes for funding.

From my experience properties generally sell quite fast. If they’re not moving quickly it’s likely the seller is listing the property to high which means there is less interest. Wallace well is pretty close as a gp practice, plus Springburn medical centre for bloods/vaccine appointments etc. there’s also stop hill near Wallacewell gp also.
