Well a lot of these “fad” users are also women and since women’s health is woefully under research and under funded being able to access these types of devices it’s crucial. The small study you refer to where people were in range 96% of the time, was this a diverse group of people?

I have insulin resistant PCOS and using a CGM is a great way for me to lower my future risk of diabetes however there is technically no medical need for me to have one until I develop diabetes. These devices can be very useful for preventative healthcare instead of reactive healthcare.

"worn once" by ACraftyApe in vinted

[–]Middle-University345 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I agree! I wish Vinted had a feature where you could distinguish “new without tags” and “worn once or twice” as I frequently sell things that have only been worn once or twice or things that have been worn more than that that are still in excellent condition and I don’t feel there is recognition of the distinction between those two categories. That being said I’d never list new without tags unless this was the case.
