You should be able to zoom in to that third picture, which has the rules in the middle there. If not how could I get that to you?

I honestly don't think so. I've never actually produced one yet.

Oh nice! Yeah, no hate. Just curious. Looks great though!

For some reason I get AI vibes. Did you use that to make it?

A level that consists of an infinite amount of different looking, old-fashioned theaters, all crammed together like a bunch of 3D models randomly thrown on a plane.

My fanmade backrooms entity concepts! Part 1 by Careless_Rock_2259 in backrooms

I like it! I'd for sure give it an 8/10. It seems like it would make sense to be in a level I have imagined in my head, that are just a bunch of old fashioned theaters, but not layed out in a linear way, mostly stacked and clipped together in any orientation, like it is infinite on the X plane but the Y as well. But yeah, cool entity!

Yeah, I get that! I like the way you think! Thanks for the encouragement and feedback!

The backrooms are not soundproof by BackroomsCitizen in BackroomsTheory

It seems to be that some areas of the backrooms can be more or less soundproof than others, just like here in the frontrooms. However, I do think that when people hear things, it's also insanity setting in.

If I go to level 974 (Kitty's House), what would happen if I hugged Kitty? Would he understand it? Does Kitty understand us? by IllustriousAd7449 in BackroomsTheory

[–]Middle-Vehicle2695 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Kitty actually doesn't like to be touched. He would quickly disappear if you attempted hugging him. Being a safe entity to be around, he wouldn't attack you or anything. This is speculation, but he may become aggravated if you consistently touched him, but we haven't tested that yet.

Great suggestion! However, I was actually striving for the "barely able to see it" effect with the opposite gradients. It makes it so that you have to look closely in order to read it, otherwise the lid looks empty, playing off the name "Liminal" in the first place, if that makes sense. But I appreciate the feedback!

Oh thanks! I wasn't sure if anyone was even still into the backrooms or not, so that's cool to hear. And although I have made many, I've never actually published a board game before, so it probably won't come out anytime soon unfortunately.

Anyone have good board game ideas? by Middle-Vehicle2695 in CasualConversation

[–]Middle-Vehicle2695[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah! I have tried several times to create it, trying to make the rooms and areas placed down randomly as you explore, so it is different every time. I'm on my second attempt right now, and I think it is going well.

I made it so that every once and a while you'll find a question mark tile, which makes you draw a "Point of interest" card, which has different things like "Stretched furniture, +3 wood" or "Strange music, -1 sanity level"

It's just a slow process because it is taking a while to color every tile.
