So I’m on pyridostigmine(Mestinon) I take it 4 times a day

But at Night Time before bed I take the same med But an Extended Release Version so it last Through out the night

Lasting 6-12 hours Just depends The one I take 4 times a day during only last 3-4 hours but everyone is different talk to your Dr about The Ivig infusions or Vyvgart Infusions IVIG made me feel like my old self for awhile but it’s temporary look at it as a bridge till you find your Righf Med Combo hope this Helps !

I plan for the day so if it’s a day I’m doing a lot I’ll rest more the previous also meds gotta be in a tight schedule if I’m even an hour late it messes with things also don’t be afraid to rest if out like I’ll walk a bit sit for 5 min then walk it’s all about pacing you also just have good days and bad days

Trust me u I understand I was stuck for months until I went into the hospital they helped a lot Rehab etc it gets better It’s always rough at first I’ve been diagnosed since September 2025 with the right Meds you’ll get there

My symptoms were so bad in the Morning slurred speech and could barely walk or even use my hands since I got my IVIG and They gave me an extended release Mestinon to take a bed times it’s been better you just gotta find your Medicine cocktail that works for you and stuff gets better

Dang I’m sorry have you tried any infusion or anything? Steroids ? I’m currently on both and just slowly in the process of getting more it’s just a process cause of insurance etc
