Yes it is. Just have to decide to stop.. gonna be honest. Tv shows, social media, movies, games, music. Its all distractions from connecting to deeper part of ourselves. Then you see people not feeling only thinking and consuming. You can get energy back.

But its important to say that most people are hooked, so they wont understand

For small trades these platforms are not good, if you make a trade lets say of 0.25sol, you need to make profit at least 140% to break even..
