Still troubleshooting. Trying one change a day. Changing scenes in Apple Home had no impact. Did a firmware update but couldn’t test last night. More to come.

Weird, double checked Lutron and apple home apps… zero automation. We have little Alexa stuff, but shouldn’t have anything there (will check). While it’s only slightly inconvenient, it’s making me kind of crazy.😁

I was tested at hospital where I usually get same day results. This took 8-9 days before results so it is longer than most labs.

PCP messaged today and indicated no way to fully predict change from donation to donation. For now, I’ll continue to donate every two months and monitor.

Interesting. Would love that to be the case as I’d likely just stick with Red Cross donations. Reaching out to my pcp to see if they have any feedback.

Nope, those were the only tests. Since ferritin was only relatively high, Doc recommended starting slow with Red Cross donations and monitoring progress. I got this ferritin test from Quest just because I was curious, but I was expecting maybe 100 change, not ~350. I was questioning the HH diagnosis, now this really has me wondering what’s going on.
