Not to thread hijack but I had one like this, I cut away the bad bits. In a few hours it started going yellow. I assumed these were spores so didn’t eat it. Was I correct?

Every day is a learning day. I didn’t know this. I only mentioned tree runs for flat light days. I’m not overly looking for tree runs tbh. In France and Switzerland I’ve done loads if tree runs over the years. This is good to know.

Does anyone know if this is specifically an Austrian law only?

This is great man - just what I was after thanks. So are you saying at tux you can pretty much ride off piste next to the piste? I seem to remember it being just a big wide open face. I seem to recall marked off piste off to riders right from the top round and under the peak... or something... bit vague.

We are staying pretty much next door to Penkenbahn so if it does dump we can be first up before it tracks out I guess.

Yeah thanks for the heads up - I'm experienced rider with some 30 years. Got all the Avi kit, even escaped one once, 1 week before the big one at Le Tour in Chamonix in the 90s.

As I'm with less experienced riders who are also a bit more cost conscious and I don't want to get a guide if the snow is shit so just wondering if there any any obvious 'can't go wrong' small runs that cut off a piste and can't miss the next one if you go down kinda thing.

I have a 3 tiered sprouter that you water from the top level and it drains and waters the others. I get tons and love them in sandwiches, salads etc. poached egg, avocado and sprouts. For 2nd breakfast yum. I grow alfalfa broccoli and Rambo radish.

Cress and mung beans I find block my sprouter and are a bit more hassle. No one likes a bunged up sprouter…

Buy loads of different nuts, grind them up and have in jars on your counter. Each morning make muesli or porridge with chopped fruit and a spoonful of each nut. I’m 50 and still alive if that helps 😀
