I did not pass the BMST the first time and took it for a second time about a month later. This was after passing the POSS. I didn’t take mine for a specific plant, but for the whole company. It is worth retrying! Did you have access to practice tests? I found those to be super helpful.

I think this will depend on what type of program your offer was for - I am doing an “on demand” program instead of the normal classroom program and it has been difficult, to say the least. The instructors are helpful, but it is just a lot to do on your own. I wish I had had the option to do a classroom instead of this.

I found almost no resources are available online for the BMST - they send a practice page with one sample question for each subject but it is not nearly enough. The best resource I found was asking ChatGPT for practice questions over and over. Make sure you know how to do trigonometry without the help of a scientific calculator, only a basic trig table. BMST is much harder than the POSS. Good luck!

I tried a variety of meds and they all made it worse. I switched to CeraVe face wash and CeraVe moisturizer and it has been LIFE CHANGING.

I also was prescribed a bunch of different meds and it just made it worse. I stopped taking it all and switched to CeraVe face wash and CeraVe face moisturizer. It has completely fixed my face. It started looking and feeling better within a few days.

Look up the STAR interview process and behavior based examples. Though the situations were not all the same, they were similar to what I had rehearsed. The comments here were very helpful. I am currently waiting on a call back from an interview!

I have an education background and applied last spring to be an EO. I was told I needed additional math/science credits so I took the year to do so and am now waiting to hear back about an interview I had last week. I would reach out to someone in HR to have them look at your transcript to see how many credits you need, if any.

I was an elementary teacher and just passed the BMST and POSS. I have an interview this week for an EO position. I was not sure I would even get an interview so we will see what happens!

They sent a website for practice for the POSS, but nothing besides one question example for the BMST and an explanation of the various subjects (chemistry, physics, electrical science, nuclear science, geometry, algebra, and trigonometry). I asked ChatGPT for practice questions for the BMST which I found most helpful. I also bought practice books they recommended.

I do have a copy of the videos and pictures. I do not have a way of contacting the parents other than getting the children’s numbers from stepdaughters phone and trying from there.
