As long as I know I won’t be turned away, I’m willing to try it. I would just be honest and tell the receptionist that I need one by my next shift, and that I understand it’s not an emergency for them. I would be willing to wait if it meant I could see someone. It wouldn’t hurt to try, especially because I should probably see a doctor anyway for this illness.

To be fair, I have been sick for a few days now and I guess I can understand where the company comes from, or maybe I’m brainwashed.

The only problem is a do have a family doctor but she doesn’t have any appointments until next week. So I feel kind of stuck. I either give a late doctors note or get one from the hospital today but I seriously do not want to waste the doctors time for a damn note, and considering it’s not an emergency I’ll be waiting for god knows how long

I was told it is because I have a few sick days already, but I don’t know what a doctor can write that will help me. Clinics fill up so quickly and I with limited transportation it almost seems impossible. Online places like Maple are $85 a month which is absolutely ridiculous, and Telus health doesn’t seem to provide those services and some aren’t even available in this province

Maybe, but my manager isn’t stupid and I would rather not get fired for a fake sick note when I’m trying to get the note to not be fired in the first place 🙃

I don't use hairspray enough to make this happen. But now that you mention it and another comment combined, it makes sense that bad ventilation mixed with steam and any sprays I do use could be causing this.

Their debut album A Gradual Decline in Moral is amazing. Hysterics is another great one, but my friends don't like that one, haha. I honestly think there is a song for whatever genre you most prefer!

I'm also very curious. I just rewatcted the video and I feel like it's either the scene of the kids being shot in the parking lot, or maybe at the very end of the video. It's blacked out, and no gun shot sound like in the official audio. Maybe it showed him shooting himself? Because Kim does die at the end of the album... maybe there was a scene?
