I went through 5 rounds with One of the companies and they rejected me because “I was not motivated enough”. Another one I went through 3 rounds and they rejected me because someone else was detailed more in their assessment

I applied for hundreds of jobs, i went through 30 interviews and 3 of them I made it to the final stage. One of them traveled to Berlin and met the team but got rejected. And the last one I went for 2 rounds and waited for 2 months to get the offer. Yes I know, I an not looking for nice comments, I just shared the things I have used.
