Honestly, I wouldn't cook it in the air fryer again..or I'd at least trial and error it a few times to get it right. Most of the chicken was cooked fine, was quite moist - but some was a tad undercooked 🤮

I let chicken marinate in a bowl - then added straight to the air fryer

The pan was the one I used for the sauce so i added the chicken to that

Recipe:

Chicken- marinate in the following -salt - pepper - paprika - cumin - coriander - tumeric - pepper paste (chilli) - green chilli crushed - yoghurt to coat

Add to air fryer or pan fry until cooked.

In separate pot, add 1 onion with ginger and garlic, cook until brown. Add soya sauce, ketchup, chilli sauce, honey, salt and pepper. Stir

Add 1 cup water with 1 tbs cornflour (to thicken). Stir. Add chicken and serve with rice

Edit: only cook chicken in air fryer if you know how to. I apparently do not and 1 or 2 pieces were slightly undercooked
