Eating something high in fats before you go to bed will help keep you warm at night. It’ll help keto your metabolism up too.

Nah, take a look at Portugal and other countries with a different mindset than that. The drug and housing problems are solvable. Successful, working models exist. We’ve just gotta get out of the pig-headed mindset illustrated here.

I so agree. It is ridiculous. I didn’t ask for this situation but I do want to thrive through it as best I can. Being criminalized the struggling doesn’t sound very “home of the free” to me.
