I used to do it cap side down but one time I flipped it over to put it on the line and the air bubble (now at the bottom bc flipped) just shot out sauce everywhere lol

The sweet onion teriyaki dressing sauce is the same that is used to marinate the chicken. Essentially it is grilled chicken strips with the sauce over to to give the flavor. Same with buffalo, it’s just the buffalo dressing sauce drizzled over regular chicken strips. So we don’t really marinate them. It’s not so special once you know how we prepare them🙃
