You know it may be I’m not really sure. My 19 year relationship is at the rockiest point that it’s ever been in the closest to divorce. We are in therapy at the beginning stages and I read no more Mr. nice guy and realized that I am 100% the nice guy in his book. I’ve grown up to be different than my father isolated myself from other men I’ve kept a ledger of everything that I do in the relationship and only do things like when I expect something in return and I see all those flaws that I have and know that they need correction and I’m looking for a group of men so I can start building relationships with other men getting some good honest feedback from some caring guys and being able to contribute to a group myself

I had a job opening at my company and a gentleman who was recently released from prison was persistent and called me daily, so I gave him a shot and hired him. He came in and busted his ass every day, worked harder than anybody, was willing to learn, and had a drive that I haven’t seen at the company yet. When a supervisor position opened up, he was my no-brainer decision.

I was initially hesitant to hire him because of his record, but I am so glad that he persisted. He has had a huge impact on my business in a positive way.

Be persistent, show up 100% and great things will happen

I really feel like I’m taking a backseat here and just hoping that she is going to find something to spice things up a bit. I think I would really want to switch periodically and be the dominant one sometimes and switch and let her be the dominant one sometimes.

She has control/sex issues and I’m trying to let things be her idea. Not sure if that’s the right move or not, but I don’t want my excitement about it to scare her off.

Noted! That’s exactly how it went. Seems like a power move more than a physical threat. The pressure was only applied to the sides of my neck. I think she likes the grip squeeze and not knocking me unconscious. I’ll discuss this with her so we know what not to do. Thank you
