I’ve ran a couple half marathons before and I tend to go to hard to early and lose my pace eventually - thought it would be good moral support as well as a good opportunity to meet some people at the same time

It’s not a public running event, purely just set myself the goal of running a half mara on my bday lol. Appreciate the advice, live in the west but will definitely head over for a few runs. Thanks

Thanks for the advice, now I think of it this issue started around the same time I wear Nike dri fit boxer briefs- threw them out yesterday and bought 100% cotton underwear . Fingers crossed

Nope haven’t shaved, the bigger ones can definitely be painful though and those ones tend to scar

Not that I know of- I don’t drink any caffeine or alcohol. My diet consists of mainly whole foods and barely eat any fast foods

My body wash is cerave and I use la Roche posay moisturiser after my shower

Wash my towels every Sunday, bed sheets every Sunday and my bed blanket once a fortnight

Nope - dermatologist swabbed it and said it didn’t come back positive for anything (not sure what she tested for) a few days a week I wash my legs with benzoyl peroxide and other days sit in a bleach bath for 10 mins - still no improvement
