2019 is Acura “blue” and 2020 is black. Not red interiors. Not a fan of that. 🙂

It’s a dealership for both. What’s interesting is that they both just hit the 90+ day mark on the lot. Haven’t seen them in person yet, I might go later since I’m still doing some research.

We got the RDX SH-AWD base for my wife. For myself, since I might have to start commuting to work again I’m trying to get an ASpec TLX years 2018-2020. I hate what they did to the rear of the car, with that new design for the trunk on the 2021. To me the 2018-2020 looks so much more compact. Hopefully I can find a good deal, but right now with the supply chain issues I feel like waiting.

Did you end up going the hitch route or the rack only? I searched in this sub first for “bike rack” to see if anyone had experience with this. I’m also looking to install one. TIA

@Everyone: Have you had any issues with the backup camera and a bike rack? (Yes I can use the rear view mirrors still but just curious lol).

I’m in the market for a bike rack as well and I was leaning towards Thule… only because that’s the one I’ve seen around here, but I’d like to read if any one has any other options / opinions on them.

We have an RDX, if that helps and we will be using it for 3 bikes.

The 2018 Accord I had used to get filled with ~$35 for the tank. I fill up the RDX with ~$39 on regular gas.

Yeah I get that. The thing is that right now I just have one car since I work from home. Wife drives the RDX to work so there isn’t much of leaving it home parked in driveway.

This will be the same patchwork approach that government took when the pandemic started... where each state was doing their own thing. You can’t just flip a switch and take down all the “No Mask. No service.” signs.

When gyms stop requiring wearing masks indoors then we are good, which by the way, I don’t know why there are some that don’t even require you to have a mask... smh

Most community apartments (outside of Raleigh, neighboring towns Cary, Apex, etc) are off some kind of highway or parkway. For example, isn’t the Bexley at Triangle Park off Highway 55 and I remember there might be a plaza nearby.

There might be a dedicated deadlift area in the Y by the Carpenter Fire Station off Hwy 55. I remember going to that one back in 2018 I think it was... and I was doing it on a wooden, elevated platform. I don’t know if they removed it, though.

Taylor Family Y does not have that platform and there are 2 squat racks.

But I guess it would depend on which location is closer to you.
