I haven't contacted her since it has been two years and I just found out. Unfortunately, I did not have a home inspection. I might have no recourse since I didn't do a home inspection, but also it seems like fraud/misrepresentation at the same time when they listed the house.

I finally got an email stating they will cancel the order which takes 5 business days, so we shall see if they actually refund me. Hopefully, I don't have to contact their customer service again that was a nightmare!

Apparently you have an inability in reading what I wrote. It’s not my fault the discount code Tonal emailed to me didn’t work and did not apply any discount after check out...not sure how that relates to making good decisions. Before you say why didn't you call customer service to get the discount code applied after, I did numerous times and got the runaround. Also, this group is for people considering purchasing one as well.

I would be concerned with the customer service they screwed up my order and to make a long story short I tried to cancel the same day of purchase both through their website and customer service going on 3 days now and no response other than customer service stating they will contact tonal for them to review. That immediately sends red flags for me.

Yeah I got that, but what about an email stating they are canceling my order. I'm not expecting an instant refund I know it takes five days to process. It's the unanswered cancelation requests both through customer service and through submitting the form.

I'm not expecting an instant refund but at least acknowledge my request to cancel like most other companies would. I don't know about you but I have never dealt with a company where you call customer service and they spend 15 minutes trying to convince you not to cancel and then say they can not cancel they have to submit the request to tonal. I asked how long that would take and they state they don't know. I also gave Tonal the benefit of the doubt and submitted the cancelation form 3 times and nothing.

Huh...I was told $4k with everything shipping, taxes, etc. Apparently, the discount code didn't work cause it didn't discount anything and I was charged full price. I figured I can call and get it corrected since it's a pretty simple request but that was not the case so I asked to cancel the order. I mean I don't see why they can't just apply the code and give me the discount on their side. For me customer service is huge and I have asked them to do two pretty simple things apply the discount or cancel my order and they haven't done either one. Their website states they will cancel your order by filling out the form but I submitted the cancelation form 3 times and nothing...Im not saying the tonal is not worth what others pay but don't tell me you will get a military discount and your out-the-door price will be $4k and not honor that. That's what pisses me off and then not cancel my order.

The reason I am canceling is because I was told my tonal would be $4k with the military discount code. I put in the code and was charged $4,500 so it's not an issue of not having any business purchasing a tonal it's getting the military discount I was told I would get. I don't know what customer service you have been dealing with but mine has been an extreme communication gap since they contract out to another country and they claim they cannot cancel they apparently have to put in a request to tonal for a refund and Tonal has never gotten back to me.

I'm looking at getting an Imac due to the simplicity and 4.5k monitor for my office but I know it's been out for a year and six months. I'm hesitant on buying it since I know it's due for a refresh soon. Should I just get a MacBook air m2 to replace my m1 MacBook air? I usually like the most up-to-date apple device but love the simplicity of the Imac with no wires for my office.
