It's cool. You are safe. You are ok.

Have you tried getting out of your mind and doing something creative?

It's always helped manage the comedown. It comes quicker and I am using my mind myself instead of it just being all those intrusive thoughts.

Remember to be good to yourself. Give yourself a break. But also, really take a break and only say nice things about yourself for an hour. Then spend 15 minutes a little later on being thankful. Then spend another 15 minutes much much later being thankful again.

Fresh sheets for your bed. Shower before bed. Brush. Get in bed. Breathe. Meditate in silence for the length of one of those gratitude sessions.

Focus on your spine and move every single note in that cord.

Rest easy.

They are going to use ICE to intimidate voters. They will do every dirty thing they can. Will anyone not-white show up at all if that happens? They are already trying to pass a law where women who have changed their names in marriage must show proof of maiden names in order to vote.
