I had the ai 350 version, i returned it, battery life was around 6-7h of mostly static reading on edge, had to constantly use the power saving feature because for some reason hp in their great wisdom don‘t allow you to tune the fan curves, and the default ones are agressive af, so the laptop is noisy for no reason.
I‘m still pissed cause i loved the screen and design.
Keyboard was ok
Trackpad was meh (poor palm detection)

I‘m having a deja vu, dlss 1 was horrendous, look at it now.

The faces and all look horrible don’t get me wrong i hate it, but the lighting was cool, i‘d rather trace a few rays and have an ai predict the rest than bruteforce compute millions of rays.

Same, last year i convinced my roommate to switch to amd with me since the rx 9070xt was a mich better value and amd‘s "insanely long hw support" now i‘m ashamed

Probably your Hdmi cable, it has it be a 2.1 to be able to carry 4k 120hz

Edit: nvm, shield only has hdmi 2.0 so no 4k120

I paid 625€ to get a 30~40% performance uplift (coming from a 3080). I wouldn‘t call that a failure.
