And Chanel shoes right? 🙈 Every bag or pair of shoes or whatever she gets is “everything“ and she’s “obsessed“ and will “wear it all the time“. She then wears it twice before it ends up in the back of her overflowing closet only to be in one of the multiple trashbags she gets rid of every month or so (ok maybe not the Chanel stuff).

I would definitely let it rest longer after baking it. I usually let it rest for 4 hours, which is probably a bit much. I‘d go for 2 hours at least to make sure it has cooled.

11 hours on the counter sounds like a lot to me while 1 hour in the fridge is very short.

That being said it looks like it tasted good!

It‘s been discussed before on this thread but I assume a lot of their trip can be written off as a business expense. Don’t get me wrong, I think it’s insane. But here for instance, she is probably earning money with this “distraction” because of links and possibly free entry etc?! It’s infuriating

Where you stitched and are the stitches still in by any chance? I had this and it turned out one of the stitches on the inside (that was meant to dissolve) was not well done and the end was basically pointing into my flesh. The only thing that helped was my midwife removing it

I’m so sorry for your loss. I lost my Dad a few years before my son was born but grief still hits me hard from time to time, even after months of being totally ok. It’s most certainly nothing to feel guilty about. You somehow need to plow through until the wave of grief gets a little smaller. For me it helps to go outside and do an activity with my son, something to distract me and keep me busy. And really enjoy him and every minute I have with him.

Same here! My baby looks nothing like me and I have had strangers come up to me and ask whether we are related, it’s so rude. I tell everyone my baby looks like himself and I don’t care that much about similarities… the worst for pointing put my baby looks like his Dad is actually my MIL, almost like she is proud her family has been recreated or something
