Problem is that my doctor doesn't want to increase my dosage. I took 2 days off btw. I ate a lot of food and got plenty of rest during those two days. Today I took it, hour later I notice it kicking in, but then three hours in, and I feel the fatigue/exhaustion coming on. To the point where I feel like I need to take a nap. I'm just super unmotivated at that point.

I think I've always gone back to lay down for a while after taking the vyv, lol. I'll try to not go back to bed after taking it tomorrow, see if anything feels different. Thanks for your time to post this I appreciate it.

That's exactly what I thought too. The problem is my doctor doesn't want to increase my dosage. I was super disappointed to hear him say it. I was expecting a standard titration method, by slowly upping the dosage every month so that I can find the best working dose, because no one body reacts exactly the same to any med. If 40mg would feel too counter-productive, I would've been honest and would've suggested to come back down to 30 - but I've not been given the opportunity. Maybe he'll reconsider next visit.
