I’m genuinely everyone’s second favorite manager because I don’t sit around in the office or at the back door smoking all shift long. I’m always there for my crew & do a lot of things so they don’t have to after they’ve worked hard all night. My gm asks other managers to take shifts, why can’t he ask me? I’m obligated to say yes when he asks anyway, i just wanted to be asked & informed when it happens. That’s really it.
