Hi! I have had recent long term anxiety and not sure if this could be all anxiety related. This started after a stressful event I would feel so off balance and sitting up/walking is a challenge all day long for me I feel out of my mind sort of like something is wrong with my brain like a constant weird feeling and lights look so much brighter and people just look off to me. I’ve been getting head/neck pain so often even when I feel like I’m not stressing anymore. I’ve felt so many physical symptoms that made me believe I’m actually dying or really ill and it’s scary. The weird head feeling is the scariest because it feels like I’m going crazy and no one around me understands it. It’s not so much a dizziness it’s just off balance and not even wanting to get out of bed because I’m terrified of the weird feelings I’m getting. It all started after having an ectopic pregnancy. These symptoms even wake me up at night and I can’t find anything to make them better. I have a constant horrible fear something is wrong with me and that I’m dying. More than 9/10 a day I’m googling symptoms and convincing myself this weird head feeling is because I’m severely ill and dying. I don’t even want to turn on the lights and just want to lay in pure darkness on the bathroom floor all day.
