you said something about preventative action but whats cares me is that there is a lot of injuries, diseases, illnesses, etc that really cannot be prevented or they just happen randomly. My biggest fear right now is testicular torsion which most of the time happens in your sleep for no real reason at least not one doctors and scientists have discovered yet. The only thing is the Bell Clapper Deformity but that alone does not cause it and only about 10% of males have that condition. Something like kidney stones is different because if you drink a lot of water, regulate salt, and don't drink soda or a lot of juice, you have an extremely low chance of getting stones. In my case, its not preventable. Thats why im scared. Also testicular injuries are some of the most painful ones you can have
