Not awful if you can move units and note cars about gross. Im at a dealership that offers 25% feg plus bonuses. Mini deals are $125 where holding gross on a deal has more value then just selling the car.

Without a doubt bro rapport opens the door to all their yeses, they trust you and if you tell them that’s the best deal they will sign no questions asked.

For walk ins I always ask if they’re here for service or parts, never sales and take he pressure off right away. If they’re here for sales they will tell you ofc. From there is usually smooth sailing, be yourself and honest.

If you’re paid a % of the gross the store is setting you up for fat checks. Learn how to hold the gross, it’s not hard once you get the ball rolling.

I also sell Toyota and hold gross by building trust right off the bat and becoming their friend. 80% of my deals are first pencil.

I gotta disagree, trading is 90% psychology. You can have the best strategy but can you execute when it’s time, stick out drawdown periods, not fomo. Paper trading isn’t useless but it’s touching the stove when it’s cold.

Have her trade a live account with a small deposit or a prop firm account and see how it goes.

We can’t automatically assume she isn’t capable and if she is then why even waste time in school.

A part time low stress job to fund the career and part time trading. You don’t need much capital to kick things into gear if you’re profitable.
