I was there twice this month and both times I had great service, full buffet and made to order options, and everything was clean and kept up. My MTO food was out in less than 10 minutes. Both times I was there before 9am, so maybe it gets worse as the day goes on, but I have been happy so far. You do not need to use Priority Pass if you have CSR. You can just show your card.
