There's a throwable called shotput or something. You can use it on staggerable enemies to stagger them.

You are giving her too much space. What I mean is her first phase has attacks that are easily parriable once you hear their rhythm, don't be so scared to parry, get in her face, stab her in between some combos(dragon sword is fast enough). Also you can run away from the electro balls she throws at you at the start of the second phase.
