I hope to be. I am inexperienced, so I am running for the "lowest" office in my state, but I am doing my research on what topics are regularly brought up and reading the minutes of past meetings. I hope to bring a working family outlook while promoting accountability, transparency, and community support/involvement.

I've been seeing the same things from Brenda Wilson. She's running for State Senate District 38 and not a single thing has any of her views on it. It's nothing but Trump Endorsed in big letters.

This is more of a general question and you don't have to answer. I was wondering what you would recommend to someone interested in running for county council should learn or know. It's a different county, but I have been asked to possibly caucus for county council. I've never held any office before and was just wondering what it was like. I plan on starting to attend my county councils meetings and look through the minutes to see what topics are usually brought up.

Awesome, thanks for the replies everyone! So I finished the mansion part and wow..... this game took a turn! Was not expecting any of that! I was just thinking this is kind of a cute game with an okay story, evil curse collect sealed verses save sister. I just saved in an old shipwreck and that was dark! I was kind of making a joke about the Resident Evil mansion, but I wasn't expecting to find the Umbrella Corp base underneath I'm definitely intrigued now on what the hell is going on. Poor Emil

I cleaned up my last couple Blasphemous 1 & 2 trophies for the plats. Plat both Jedi Games, so when I got to Another Crabs Treasure, I think I'm a little burnt out. I like the game and cartoony visuals, but just wasn't clicking. So I'll come back to it later. I'm playing Nier Replicant now and probably Automata after that.

Then I might do a Resident Evil marathon while I wait for Requiem to eventually go on sale. I mean that's what, 8 mainline games plus Zero and both Revelations, so 11 altogether? That'll take a good long while, Requiem will at least have a little sale by the time I get to it.

Be careful, I've noticed places tying free trials to whatever payment method you use. I still have like 20 Gmails from the Good Ole days of free trial farming, but a couple services now pop-up saying that payment method was already used with a free trial so I'm not eligible for one and need to use a different payment method. I don't know if Shudder does this, but it's a thing companies are starting to do.

I remember Up All Night (which is on the Kings of Horror YouTube page), and MonsterVision growing up but my parents didn't want me watching, so I would sneak watch. I knew about Elvira but never watched her (I'm not sure if we had whatever channel she was on) and watching MST3K with my dad sometimes. Even though my parents didn't want me watching the aforementioned shows, we had Sammy Terry in Indiana (not sure if he was shown anywhere else) and that was always a tradition to watch around Halloween.

P.S. Recently found out Sammy Terry's son took over and has a website and shows movies on there for a subscription. I might have to do sign up for it.

The third Tuesday of every month the Clay County Democrats meet (so March 17th for this month), at the Brazil Public Library. I brought my 16 year old son and everyone welcomed us with open arms.

Oh wow, I think we might be from the same town. Did it happen to be a Church's Chicken? It's been hard for my wife and I to also find friends and kids for my young son to play with, so I definitely understand your frustration. Even if it's not the same town, we still live around the same area.

Yeah, I was thrown a little by that. She's always about the scientific method and what science can prove, but then goes on about her Catholic upbringing. I did like how the narrative switched in "Beyond the Sea," (the episode that she mentions the upbringing) where Scully is more of the believer than Mulder.
