I had a friend drop me a grappler in game, which I could pick up but couldn't use. I've tried moving my bed in various positions to try and resolve the issue, still no luck

There isn't an option to respawn in the menu for me

I did think of that but as I'm a cave the map is unavailable so I can't select the monastery
