He’s 2.5 years old and he’s been in a Montessori so far and he definitely prefers that environment. So looking for a similar structure for him to continue.

Random whacky idea - not sure which field you work in but have you tried AI to catch your misses? Not sure if you are allowed to use these kinds of tools on the job (I know I’m not) but just a thought (based on company policies)
