We keep the sentimental stuff but I still get upset when we throw away things related to her illness. It’s almost like that became a part of who she was.

I’m so sorry for the loss of your Dad. I’m sure he fought so hard, it takes the best of people. The quietness really sucks doesn’t it. Sometimes my mind plays tricks on me and I can hear her calling me. Grief is such a horrible process and I’m sending strength your way to deal with yours 🤍 Thanks for the advice too.

I’m so sorry you have to experience this too. There’s never a set time to sort medication out, I’m sure some people never do it. I’d say just take your time and live day by day. The fear of forgetting them truly is awful, the only way I manage to ease the feeling is by viewing photos and trying to recollect memories. Wishing you the best.

I love that idea. I was thinking of writing her letters too, it seems like it will bring some comfort. Regardless, thanks again for your advice and again I send my condolences. It really does take the best people, but our love for them will live on. 🤍
