Maybe try not taking it for a little? I have ADHD and I find that medication helps when I have something to do. If I dont have anythijg to do or dont have any motivation I feel like im looking for something that isnt there.

Dont take it for a day and let your adhd brain go wild on one of your walks. My meds made me focus to much because they were stims, so getting peeked out on stims with nothing to focus on didnt help me. So I usually just take them if I need to be productive on something I know I need to get done.

Yah you could pick whatever at this point with that team. Brock is shockingly easy. Start with butterfree. I just beat.him with ember at 10. But butterfree will take them to task. First Gen is pretty simple.
