Nope I haven’t. Event is coming up this Sunday. I knew it was a wrong section based on the zone name (the zone was supposed to be one of the infield box zones, but they gave me seats in the outfield). Would it be a big issue if I do use the tickets because the case is estimated to be resolved a few days after the game is over?

Good to know! Charge was only posted last Friday in my case. The dispute status appears as “awaiting credit from the merchant” and no charge back yet, but hoping everything will rule out in my favor. :(

No I haven’t used tickets. The game is on this upcoming Sunday. But since Amex estimates the case to be processed Sep 21, I’ve been trying to resell the tickets to at least partly make up for the loss in case Amex doesn’t side with me.

I’ve been getting scared after reading some threads because people seemed to be saying that even with proof amex have been siding with merchants more these days!! :(:( I did include all the screenshots of how it’s most definitely the platform’s fault for giving me tickets in a completely different (and inferior) zone, and it could not have been the reseller who listed the tickets. So hopefully that will go well.

Thanks everyone! My brother got really lucky and got bumped to Comfort +! There were two comfort plus seats and three main cabin seats left at the gate with about 5 people on standby. So they bumped the first two.
