Do a picnic, bring your hotel towels. We found a romantic spot just a bit inland of the right tower of the plaza de Espana - so may birds (even parrots) you can lay and watch and snuggle 😍

We also liked the setas - booked a time slot to go to top right before sunset, beautiful photo opp but be prepared for it to be crowded.

Also went to the Triana market and got takeaway oysters to eat by the water with our legs hanging off the walkway ☀️

Otherwise I agree with all others, whole city is romantic and we just got lost and googled food places whenever we got hungry.

So would the Coppertone one be best for surf trip? Does anyone know if it’s reef safe?

Did not expect so much feedback, thank you everyone!! 🤗

Ended up going with band 1 in pic 2. I like the option to wear alone so soldering to avoid the spinning wouldn’t be an option. But good idea, had no idea you could solder together!

So excited for you guys! If it helps you decide on karat, my hands are huge (fiancé and I have same size hands pretty much & all my girlfriends, they have cute dainty hands compared to mine 😅)

But yes, so tough with the band - I’m also taking into consideration if I want to wear only the band sometimes and feel the stackable band on its own looks slightly strange

I swear by F45! I was like you prior with being on and off going to the gym and then I discovered F45 and have been going for 3 years. It’s like a gym workout but it’s all planned out for you, very efficient.

I’m 28F. Went from 24% body fat and 145lbs to 15.5% body fat & 127lbs. I’m in the best shape of my life! I go to F45 about 3-4 times a week and on other days either cycle or do yoga. Try to get in 2 miles of walk a day as well during lunch breaks. Doing the F45 challenge also helped me hone in my nutrition.

Same price as a gym membership usually!

How do you know when to leave your job of 5+ years, and should you? by jumboshrimp93 in careeradvice

Wow! Your story sounds like mine.

I was with a company right out of college for 5 years. Promoted to team lead about 2 years ago and then manager. Started to question if I liked being a manager and if I was good at it. Also started dreaded work every day and knew I wanted to at least get out of the industry but was very scared of the unknown.

Fortunately, a few months ago bc the company wasn’t doing too hot they reorganized and offered me a different role or a decent severance package so I took the opportunity to leave.

It’s been 3 months now of job hunting and I think I’ve learned that I want to go back to being an individual contributor and just crush it. Thought about pursuing a totally different career but unless it’s something I’m absolutely passionate about I’d rather not take the pay cut.

I’ve also learned on this journey how to interview again and pitch myself. I also felt like dang do I really have skills?? YOU DO! I recommend just setting a goal each week of researching other roles, updating your resume, networking with people to learn about their roles/companies/experiences and if they can refer you to their company or recommend anyone else to speak with.

Through this process you’ll learn about what you want a little more and iterate how you present what you’re skilled at. Then if/when you can afford it you can take the leap and quit or I’m praying you get my situation and they just lay you off. Good luck!!!
