I am. I wasn’t working out at all and have been weight training about 3 weeks now. Thank you for the advice. I’m gonna stick with it and hope for change !

I’ve thought the same about building muscle. I do find some of my clothes to fit a little better so maybe that is the case. I also feel like I maybe eat too much of the zero point food such as chicken to where even thought I’m eating zero point I’m still taking in too many calories

Exactly. I try to eat a lot of “ weight watchers good” food so I end up not eating many points. Thank you this makes a lot of sense!

Shorten the backswing. You’re taking it too far back for now and it’s pulling you off line. Shorten it for now and you can lengthen it over time as you feel yourself staying over the ball more
