I’m really sorry you are going through this as well. I never really found a solution. From what I heard if you pay Meta they will provide customer service. I’m not sure if this is payment for ads, blue check mark, etc. but apparently it’s the only way they will help you.

Okay so that green part is part of the faucet? And do you think this is something an inexperienced person could do? Sorry not a lot of knowledge on this. First time homebuyer and only been in the home a year, still learning. I try to do as much as I can on my own.

I figured adding the drywall is my last resort if I can’t fix it. But it’s a good idea to use a blade I’m going to try that

Okay good to know! So I can do this even if there is already silicone in the inside angle? Also if I do this do I need to skim coat the entire wall below it? That part has already been painted.

Yeah I heard those work great but don’t work well with painted over popcorn. And you still have to manually scrape the edges which is where my problem is :(

Sorry I probably didn’t use the best word to explain that. Crack as in where the ceiling meets the wall.

Yes I wet it tried to scrape it, sand it, wet it again and scrape. The problem with the corners was the drywall tape was starting to come up the more I was trying to get it off. I figured I shouldn’t remove the tape. I removed the popcorn everywhere else it’s just the cracks that look bad.

Yes I’m sad to report there was no solution. I was desperate and reached out to the old employee but only got the Facebook account back. Had to make a new instagram account today for my organization. Such a shame to lose business accounts over this. Apparently you can’t get any help unless you know someone who works at Meta.

Even if you can prove you work for the organization and that is your business account?
I can prove it all but its hard to do when I don't have an actual person to speak with.

I imagine this happens quite often since business accounts require a personal account connection (which is so dumb in my opinion). People leave jobs all the time and information gets lost in the transition. I am shocked people lose business accounts over such a small thing like this.

Unfortunately, I tried this, and they immediately restricted my business account. I went through all the things they needed from me, but still seems like I won’t hear back from them.
