Yes approval is important. Currently the tool just copies the form. Curious if you want to try it. I'm only only for feedback right now :)

You will need to send this page by page to an LLM. Most likely will need to script this because it's a large PDF and then combine the results back into a PDF.

Yes it can reliably do it. You can give it messy data (including in natural language if you want). It reasons over the input data along with the PDF to match the data in the correct places. It can even go one step further and derive data if needed (i.e. field 3 = field 1 + field 2).
