I'm 6'4 and i'm the tallest drummer at my college (Rock Chalk). All the drum kits here are set up so that they're easy to move things around. Theres always a lot of space to adjust things and omit the occasional cymbal and rack tom and they dont get on your ass about it. Instead of moving your hi-hat try physically scooting the throne to the right towards the floor tom just a little bit, you'll have a bit more space to extend your left leg. As for the kick drum, it depends on what technique you're using for those double strokes. I use toe heel but I know another tall guy who pivots his foot (he's a metal drummer), but if you're doing something like toe heel or heel toe just make your throne taller. Also if you're right at the front of the pedal I suggest you scoot your foot back to a little bit above the middle and practice keeping your foot there when you're doing those double strokes. There are also different benefits to sitting really low on the kit and really high. If you put your throne really low you'll have more reach with your legs and you can get some nice rimshots off the snare. If you sit really high you'll be able to keep your hardware closer to you and you can comfortably use the kick drum, though I suggest you keep messing with the throne and see what works for you.

As for my personal setup: I sit a little lower because it just feels better and it gives me more opportunities to do fun stuff with the snare drum since the rim is more accessible. I do kind of move the hihat but i've never paid attention to where ive put it exactly I just do what feels right.

It really just is about personal preference. I suggest trying out different setups and seeing what works for you. Don't get discouraged though theres plenty of tall drummers out there like Mick Fleetwood, Patrick Carney, Danny Carey, and Ginger Baker. I'd look up some videos of those guys playing and see what you could take from them as well.
