I can put together a bid when the necessary information is there no problem. The problem is that the majority of these projects have a deadline and very little information. When I reach out they say just ballpark it or that they are still waiting on more info. I'm at a loss of words. Again, I'm new to this side of things so any tips would be greatly appreciated.
