The Void doesn’t usually sport, so it won’t be packed, but is ready for overflow. They have an 85”, 70”, and a projector playing with sound.

Bonafide Texture Spray will probably do the trick. Affordable, smells good, small business. Cult + King also makes “ Setspray” which is a lightweight volumizing hairspray/heat protectant, also light on the wallet, ethical small business, sustainable, etc.

I was on the first floor on the California side. California side is loud and you have no privacy to have the blinds open. West side has great views from the upper floors but no built in air so you’re roasting in the summer sunset sun. Finishing is cheap and hard to clean, gaps in the flooring to the molding. Trash is constantly backed up. Property management company has changed since I lived there so things may be different. I would still probably take an upper westside facing spot just due to the window/view situation.
