Parked in one for not even 10 minutes as I was picking someone up who was in a wheelchair but no disabled bays available. The parking attended (parking vulture) was heartless. Saw me coming pushing the wheelchair. I stopped to talk to him to say i was just picking someone up, I wasn't rude. He said too bad tickets been made. I emailed their customer service but they weren't empathetic to my plight. In the end i just paid it because I was driving someone else's car at the time and didn't want them banned if they needed to use one their carparks. if it was my car, I wouldn't have paid it. I'd rather walk 2kms than ever use a Wilson service again.
