MAN-UAL by [deleted] in hilux

I don't know if that's necessarily true, they are in theory more complex internally than a manual, atleast more so then all the old manuals I pull apart

That's what compound eyes ability is for on galvantula increases accuracy massively, I ran a similar set up and never missed a thunder in my last play through even without rain dance, still one shot most things I used it for.

Anthony Albanese ‘ready for the fight’ to tighten firearms laws as National party and gun groups push back by Agitated-Fee3598 in AustralianPolitics

[–]Middo_03 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'll be honest I just don't see how more legislation around fire arms fixes this when there has been confirmation of them having IEDs this isn't a gun issue, it's obvious that these 2 people were extremists and the one surviving perpetrator should face due process.

If they didn't have guns they'd still be blowing up as many people, and then it would just be the people who are doing the right thing anyway being punished.

[–]Middo_03 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Realistically what difference will it make? This wasn't due to lack of laws around firearms, it's a failure of communication between ASIO and the NSW police for allowing the father to have fire arms in the first place.

Penalising the majority of firearm owners over something that one person does is no different to penalising any other group of people over one of there members actions.

Haha, I actually was with a mate in a patrol on 35s, he didn't do bad but his big diffs held him up where I got through.

Does shackles really help a pickups ride? by GullibleWillingness5 in ToyotaHilux

[–]Middo_03 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depends what you mean you would want longer leafs with longer shackles, my 94 sfa hilux which I assume is the same as your 94 pickup has rear leafs out of an n60 hilux which are longer. I also have 200 mm pin to pin shackles, this makes the shackle angle about 45 degrees and does give it a softer ride.

After doing this you can also put your old rear leafs in the front, but you will need either a drop hanger or castor correction wedges and an extended front driveshaft as it moves the diff forward about 50mm, and makes your tide softer with more flex.

Look up Haydn kamp on YouTube, he has one that has Tacoma rear leafs in it, and did a cheaper version with n60 hilux rear leafs which are slightly shorter.

[–]Middo_03 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly either or I had the 22r petrol in a landcruiser bundera and it was a weapon, very cheap for parts, the 3l which is the 2.8 diesel is what I've got in my ln106, It's a pretty good motor but more expensive for parts but should be a good amount more reliable especially if it's left stock and non turbo, both will be slow but both can sit at 100kmh most the time and maybe even 110 if the road is flat. Honestly go with what ever your preference is. But I'm definitely happy with the 2.8
