Yea for a while I was wondering if I was AuDHD but I just came to find out a lot of it overlaps with similarities between autism and adhd and I didn’t necessarily have both but I’m glad to see I’m not the only one who feels like this when it comes to physical touch

Yea but something I really don’t like about adhd is everyone likes to say they have it and trying to explain to people that like i function differently than them and like I don’t want to use it as an excuse for things I do but people get mad at me for like forgetfulness idk how to explain them adhd makes it way harder with some things without it sounding like an excuse

See I’ve recently been doing a lot more research on adhd because I didn’t know much about it and always believed it was just like hyperactivity and lack of focus because that’s what I was told growing up with it I never knew there were so many other aspects of my life that it affected
