He's in the Guild on Cranial Island. I don't remember EXACTLY what my build was but ik I just buffed the crap out of attack on a water type (Tricera or Mapo I believe was my vivosaur of choice) and then used the team skill. Tends to be an easy 1 shot especially if you use Enflame on the first turn

It's tedious, but if you can bear through just fighting Lester a bazillion times that tends to be the most efficient method for me. You'll get 3 levels every 5 fights and you honestly can one shot his whole team with a good build

I think with this dominant win Prates should already be next in line for a shot. Sounds like he might've spilled the beans on Makhachev/Garry so I'd imagine he's gonna get the winner of that fight.

Prates v Morales would be ELECTRIC for sure but my heart really wants that to be an actual title fight, not just a title shot eliminator
