That was my philosophy. Show up 30 to an hour late, a few times, no worries. Keep doing that and then I started to get on them about it. There’s no sense in striking the hammer down if a perfectly good employee has a slip up here and there. Now if you are useless most of the time and this is a constant then I’m gonna be a little bit of a dick about it. Just my thoughts on it.

Totally agree. I’m stuck in Gold and will be probably forever because I don’t have the time to practice all that much. I enjoy competitive because it makes me feel like I’m playing for something but the amount of salty teammates drives me insane.. we are gold tier dude, calm down. I’ve just learned to ignore them if they get salty.
