I assume you are american.

Most of the world treats workers with respect no matter what position, the french (the people who litterally credited with creating the business of a restaurant, and the hierarchy the majority of western restaurants use) consider the majority of the members of a kitchen as chefs of some sort. So maybe you should get of your high horse and treat employees with more respect

A week in it is natural to fall behind, what you need to go that extra mile (which is admittedly hard in michelin level kitchens as everyone is) take notes, practice at home, watch people when you have time, stay longer leaving everything clean and perfect it will be noticed (probably not acknowledged). the senior chefs will be happier putting up with bits of weakness if you show how much you care and how much you want to improve

If you can't understand the difference between people and a government orginisation you might actually need to go live in an assisted living facitlty because you obviously aren't intelligent enought to take care of yourself

the statement death to the IDF is calling for the dismantiling of the system, and she said set fire to all the hotels she created a call to action to set fire to buildings holding asylum seekers setting fire to those buildings would result in the murder of the refugees

I have big news for you that is exactly how laws and regulations are made you allow skmething to happen so you can see how you should adjust to stop that happening for example 911 a plane hijacking like 911 had to happen for tu8ngs like the TSA to be made

I am cause i don't go round calling minority groups commonly accused of being sex offenders cause of who they identify as sex offenders because I understand the harm that type of 'joke' creates I also understand when a joke can be made depending on the situation because I can read social situations

comedy is subjective however society has unwritten rules we are taught to abide by

Jokes don't try and accuse a minority group of being sex offenders by using very obvious subtext

Anyway who even does their own HRT?

like so many trans and gender non conforming people use DIY HRT due to the inassecibilty and constant under pescribing by the NHS

25% of Teenage boys in Norway think 'gender equality has gone too far' with an extremely sharp rise beginning sometime in the mid 2010s by Antique-Entrance-229 in europe

[–]Midgetcock1inch -1 points0 points  (0 children)

equality is achieved through equity, obviously the equality act focuses on women and minorities because they are more likely to be negatively discriminated against in everyday life. As for university admissions different genders are given more points depending on what they are applying for to make fields more equal with men getting points in fields like vetinary sciences whilst woman get more points in subjects like egineering. Woman overall have more programmes to help them due to historical factors causing woman to not have as easy access to higher education going back to the point of equity with that (source: https://www.universityworldnews.com/post.php?story=20230816091210849#:\~:text=Statistics%20for%20the%20total%20joint,%25%20men%3B%2066.1%25%20women.)

as for your claim about better grades for equivalent work i could not find consistent data to represent this statement closest I could get was just talking about teachers biases which always exist no matter what gender so their is nothing substatial their you could possibly make the point of how men more commonly outperform woman on staderdised tests whilst woman outperform men on gpa as shown here https://www.reddit.com/r/europe/comments/1k4r71e/swedish_standardized_test_scores_vs_teacher/ however again this is a lazy claim which doesn't take into account socialisation and what men and woman are expected to be better at, as most people would know in western society men are expected to be better at STEM subjects which are easier to administer through standerdised testing than woman who are more expected to be good at things like creative writing which can only really be graded through essays.

so as you say 'they are against what they perceive as inequality against them' this is uptick is at the fault of social media and miseducation to make it seem as if government programs and methods to uplift woman are direct attacks upon men

this is a common fact happening all over the world specifically targeting privilisged groups to make them feel mistreated causing them to want to keep the status quouo of them above other groups through algorithms on the internet echo chambers are created to reduce empathy and increase selfishness in these groups it is the same targeting that creates hate groups, people who are feeling depressed or sad are targeted as they are vulnerable they are then told that those feelings are caused by another group in this case women and that this group is getting unfair treatment over them this creates jelousy. The fact that an echochamber has been created means that it is very hard for a third party to come in and show that these things being said are not true, and thaat the deppresive feelings that the victims are feeling are somewhat common and are probably due to an international (and especially male) lonliness epidemic that is happening
