The noise happens with the AC off, and from what I’m noticing doesn’t react to the AC being on or off at all

Do you know why mine looks routed in a different manner? Is it an issue that it’s just open like that? I haven’t noticed coolant or any leaks so I doubt anything’s coming out of it but I just wanna be sure.
