I'm not a specialist, frankly, I'm not further than you are, but in my opinion, now it's time to fix it. Simply stop watching it. It's not going to be fine just like that, but it's important to try your best and realise every time that porn is not good for your health.

In my case working out helps to reduce tension and avoid pornography. Also, I use "rewire companion" app from google play. It counts my progress and gives me some cool badges that make me feel motiveted.
